Straight answers about Maitredi

  • What does Maitredi cost? Starter is free forever for one venue and includes the native reservation foundation. Floor is €389 a month and Full House is €629 a month. Plans are flat per venue, with 15% off yearly billing and no per-cover fees.
  • What happens after the 7-day trial? Nothing is charged on the day you start. If you continue after the trial, the selected paid plan begins; cancel before then and you pay nothing. The free Starter reservation foundation remains available for an eligible venue.
  • Do you charge per cover or per reservation? No. A full Friday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday. Maitredi uses flat per-venue plans rather than charging for every booking.
  • We run more than one venue—how does that work? Pricing is per venue, with volume discounts as locations are added. The group can use one account while each venue keeps its own restaurant configuration, data, and plan. Contact us for larger deployments.
  • What exactly does the AI Hostess do? It answers the restaurant phone, uses venue knowledge for routine questions, checks native live availability, and can create a confirmed reservation against a real table. The call summary stays visible, and requests outside the normal flow can be handed to a person.
  • What if a caller needs a human? The hostess can hand the request to staff with context or leave a clear message in the guest inbox. Large groups, complaints, press requests, and other unusual situations should be escalated rather than improvised.
  • Can the AI Hostess double-book us? It uses the same availability engine as the native booking page and live floor. Services, turn times, pacing, table combinations, special days, and active assignments determine whether a real table is available before a booking is confirmed.
  • How do reminders and no-show tracking work? Booking confirmations and reminders use the same reservation record the host sees in Tonight. Staff can record a cancellation or no-show with an attributed status change, so the guest history and service reporting stay consistent.
  • Can we add Maitredi booking to Google Business Profile? You can add your restaurant’s direct Maitredi booking-page URL as a custom reservation link on an eligible Google Business Profile. That manual profile link is not a Reserve with Google or Google Actions Center integration.
  • Can we bring existing restaurant data? Talk to us about the reservations, guest records, menu data, and connected systems you already have. The core reservation book is designed to be configured quickly; migration scope depends on the source and data format.
  • How does the QuickBooks Online integration work? Photograph a supplier invoice and Maitredi extracts its lines, prepares supplier and account matches, checks possible duplicates, and puts the bill in a review queue. Your team approves before the bill is sent to QuickBooks Online.
  • Who owns our guest data? Your restaurant does. Maitredi is designed around the venue record rather than a consumer marketplace, and managers can export supported operational data. Our privacy and data-processing terms explain retention, deletion, subprocessors, and your rights in detail.
  • Does Maitredi Flow connect to our POS? No. Maitredi Flow does not connect to a third-party POS and does not require one. A venue can continue using its current POS separately. Supported Lightspeed or Square report files can be uploaded manually for reviewed extraction; that is an import, not an integration.
  • Do we need to replace our current tools to start? No. Start with the free reservation foundation or choose the plan that fits, keep the systems that already work, and consolidate only where a Maitredi workflow removes a real handoff.
  • What does setup involve? Create an account, add the venue, configure services and tables, and turn on only the tools you need. A straightforward reservation book can be working quickly; connected channels and data migration depend on the venue’s setup.

Important boundaries

  • Maitredi Flow does not connect to a third-party POS and does not require one.
  • Maitredi Tap is Maitredi’s separate native restaurant POS product.
  • Reservations run natively in Maitredi; OpenTable two-way sync is not available.
  • Uncertain invoice and accounting matches wait for human review before a bill is sent to QuickBooks Online.
